We notified the hotel that we were going to have a late arrival and if it was possible to keep some dinner for us. Two plates of cold food was left in the room before our arrival and it was delicious! The swimming pools and beach access are lovely, however the selection of food presented every meal is the cherry on top. The variation and taste is incredible, and my compliments to the Chefs and staff in the restaurant. The service is smooth and you can see how hard and as a team they work. Impressive! Housekeeping left us with more than enough of shower gel/shampoo, soaps, towels so we did not ever had to request for more. They also advise you of their green choice of reusing towels and pool towels which is a great addition and environmental beneficial for all.

Good location near the beach and restaurants. Tsivili is a nice place to stay and nearby several hotspots of the isle. It’s a 4 star hotel but some things are outdated in the rooms. Also not so much creativity in the food .. the afternoon snacks were every day same pizza fries and gyros. Staff is super friendly but sometimes with too few people to keep the buffet at the restaurant clean.

Food was great with a large selection of fresh food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hotel staff were very helpful, and Suzanne specifically helped with arranging the trip to Laganas for a trip out for us to see the sea turtles.

Lots of meat and veg options available for lunch and dinner and melon and watermelon for all meals. Snack bar availability was welcomed too! And the water fountains were so nice to have! The hotel should aim to offer more umbrellas or shaded space.
